Who We Are
We are three doctors / scientists with a vision to help children and adults suffering from eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE). We developed EnteroTrack LLC to provide patients, parents and physicians with a simple, reliable, safe and easy-to-use method for routine monitoring of esophageal inflammation in patients with EoE.
What We’ve Created
The EnteroTracker™ allows simple sampling of esophageal mucosal fluid, which can be then assayed through a commercial, CLIA-approved, laboratory-developed test known as the Esophageal String Test™ (EST). The EST provides a quantitative measure of the likelihood of active disease in a patient, which the clinician uses along with other information to guide therapy, develop food-elimination plans and in general get a far better understanding of the disease and its inflammatory triggers. Together, this provides a validated, quantitative alternative to endoscopy/biopsy for monitoring EoE patients.
Our Future
We will continue to innovate solutions for monitoring and treating eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders.
